How do you cut through the clutter of pharmaceutical marketing?

The brief

Teva is among the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world, and undoubtedly the biggest in generic products. They came to Iris needing a new way to reach dispensing practices that would cut through the clutter of pharmaceutical marketing materials and make the dispensing doctors service feel part of a personalised service.

Our solution

Our solution was to create an entirely new brand called ‘Dispense in Practice’ which gave a completely different look and feel to this particular customer segment. The brand launch involved a range of activity, from the initial naming and logo design through to full brand development, launch materials, communications strategy, price lists and direct mail. The data was segmented into categories according to potential for growth and current spend levels. The work included a highly memorable 3-D mailing piece and a range of segmented on and off-line communications pieces.
