The brief

Little Chef were looking for an integrated online strategy that would drive website traffic, promote offers and deepen brand engagement.

Our solution

The Little Chef eCRM strategy is a significant driver of website traffic and restaurant foot-fall. Coupled with our proprietary voucher system this is used to mass effect week-in-week out. On a weekly basis we provide a raft of segmented and targeted email campaigns that exploit a number of factors.

To increase relevancy we segment the data and tailor emails to those segments based upon detailed analytics and findings from feedback and customer research. This allows us to develop a more personal relationship with small groups of customers. We also provide deeper engagement through segmented content which keeps their database interested and provides an incentive to virally encourage other potential customers to sign up to the email list.


We consistently achieve open rates of 43% and click through rates of 52%.
